Worship
- Review the Children’s Church/Extended Hour program

be timely and appropriate for our church to initiate in 2009- by

Bible, individual, and religious freedom and to promote these ideals to the

all who are interested in missions will meet to plan major emphases and

- Review the progress of the new Congregational
Health Ministry and make a report at the annual meeting as to how (or
whether) this initiative will become a permanent part of our church’s

increase in our total mission giving over the baseline budget

educate, involve, and assimilate new members of our church. This curriculum

patterns of member participation and will develop a plan for reaching out to
inactive church members -by March, 2008

guide the choices of families/individuals who wish to make memorial gifts as

year ahead- by January, 2008 (and every year thereafter)

- Hire an Associate Pastor to support the continued
numerical and programmatic growth of our congregation-by June 2008
(In preparing for this change, we will involve all leaders in a review of
church needs and current staff assignments by October, 2007)

- Review and analyze what does and does not work
about our current congregational organization. Make recommendations to the
congregation as to changes that would make our church structure more
effective and accountable-by June, 2008
